If a debridement of ulcer on heel was done along with a biopsy of the bone of the heel would you code both procedure codes? this is an ICD-9 procedure code question. Thanks.
 
While I can't look up the codes at home (don't have current ICD-9 here), my first guess would be yes. But my suggestion for you is to repost this question in the Podiatry section on here as this deals with the foot. I'm sure you would get a great amount of help there!
