1. For physicals in pediatrics we use the age appropriate Z00 code but..... during these pe's what dx is used for these procedures...

vision ? z01.00 /01
hearing ? z01.10 /11
hemoglobin ?
lead levels ?
vaccines z23
dental varnishing ?
nutrition counseling ?
activity counseling ?


2. we also do pre/post spirometry how do I code these procedures
