What would I use for suspicious for Hurthle cell neoplasm. marked cellular speciman consisting of mostly groups of Hurthle cells. Clinical info is nontox uninodular goiter. any help appreciated
 
ICD9 help again

Only 'confirmed" diagnosis are to be coded. so you cannot code Hurthle cell neoplasm as the documentation indicates it is a suspicious dx. you can only code "Non toxic uninodular goiter (241.0)". Thank you.
