I was wondering if someone could tell me how they would code this ice wrap.

I feel E1399 is the best code. The payer is telling me that E0230 is the best code which pays about $10.00, not even enough to cover the cost. If you have any documentation about why this wrap would not be considered an ice cap or collar I would appreciate it. I tried Medicare's website but it is a noncovered service so they didn't have much information on it.
