Wiki IDTFs HCFA or UB-04

I work at a medical billing company that bills for IDTFs (Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities), and they are billing with POS 11 on a HCFA. Shouldn't they be billing on a UB-04 and using POS 49? Wouldn't the reimbursement be greater if they billed as a facility instead of a doctor's office? I am new to medical billing and still have to take my CPC exam, so if anyone could assist me in finding the documentation regarding this, I would greatly appreciate it.
