Wiki if pt develops OA after ACL reconstruction, wouldn't it be post-traumatic?

For my practicode. The pt's diagnosis includes "early Osteoarthritis, right knee, following ACL reconstruction." Even though the report indicates that was a year or more ago, don't I have to code the osteoarthritis as post-traumatic? So I have M17.31. I mean, doesn't "following ACL reconstruction" logically include "following ACL injury"?
