Would appreciate input for codes re: the following:
Left femoral artery is punctured under ultrasound guidance. J-wire was advanced into the abdominal aorta followed by the ultra flush catheter and an abdominal aortogram was performed.
Next the catheter was pulled down to the bifurcation and iliac runoff was obtained ( findings describe the iliacs(common, internal). Catheter is removed and over the wire a left femoral arteriogram is performed through the sheath.

The only code clearly documented in this summary is 36200, catheter placement into the aorta. I would need to ready the actually findings before deciding which 7000 series code (if any) I would assign. Can you provide the rest of the report?
