The pain management physician has began performing "iliopsoas compartment injections" recently. His office is reporting 64520, but I have read that these are trigger point injections into the muscle. I also found an article stating that these are sciatic nerve blocks, so I am a little confused on proper coding for these. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks
