Hello! We purchase an Illuccix kit and then our Radiopharmaceutical lab works their magic turning it into 4 hot doses. Documentation shows: Initial Assay: 6.3mCi, Residual Assay: 0.2mCi, injected dose: 6.1mCi. Would billing be for 6.3mCi (because the residual assay is considered decay) or 6.1 mCi with 0.2 mCi being billed as waste. Appreciate any input and resources for this and all things radiopharmaceutical billing. Thanks in advance!
