What are IM injections of medication considered in Medical decision making? They're not IV injections.
Also what would nebulizations 94640 be considered in MDM?

At least Moderate for Rx management on both. There could be other factors in play that could bump it up to high in some cases.

Laura, They are considered RX management even though they are not prescriptions, they are treatment given at time of encounter?
