We do ultrasounds in our office and my manager wanted to get some feed back on the codes that contain they have image documentation.. Is that refering to having the actual images in the chart or is that meaning that the normal written report is in the chart?

Any feedback would be wonderful.

It refers to the written report. The CPT description states "image documentation" so it is the report about the image. Hope this helps.
