I have a patient coming in for an initial Medical evaluation regarding incontinence she claims she sustained due to a MVA. Her health insurance carrier has hired a third party who set up the appointment to figure out if they are liable or not for her incontinence care. Is there a specific code out there that anyone knows of for this?:confused:
 
Why not use the appropriate level E/M with modifier 32 for mandated service? That would probably reflect the service most accurately.
