Currently we bill the 90460 for the first component on our vaccines including the flu however the 90686 and 90688 do have multiple components. Is anyone billing these codes with 90460 x1 and 90461 x3 for the 90686 and 90460 x1 and 90461 x4 for the 90688?
 
Fly vaccine no matter what type it's considered a single component vaccine so single admin code with 1 unit. Multiple components example would be like TDAP or TD
