We are having a problem with CPT codes 90465 90466 90467. Per our coding software edits and the CPT edits, it states that 90465 cannot be used with 90467. The question then is---if the patient comes in and receives 2 Intramuscular injections (Pneumoccoccal Conjugate Vaccine and DTAP) and 1 oral-Rotavirus what are the procedure codes that should be biller?
90465 90466 90467?
