HI,

I have two questions.

For patients who are receiving maintenance Herceptin without chemotherapy would the encounter be coded as Z51.11 or Z51.12. I want to be sure that our Herceptin patients are being coded properly.

My second question is for those using the Snomed description, when using Z51.11 for anti neoplastic chemotherapy is the description therapy and admission status, patient encounter status, drug therapy finding or follow up status.
