Hi,

My provider is not having the patient prefrom the test here. The patient is completing the test at school on computer and bringing in the print out. She is interpreting the results of the test.

Does anyone know what to bill?
I am looking at 96120 with the E&M code with modifier 25.

Have you found an answer to this? Ive been researching this as well. I normally code 96120 mod 25 as well. some pay it and some don't
