Is anyone having luck with getting implants pd? Is there a mod I should be using? Most insurance compaines are just bundling the charges.

This is actually very common. Alot, or most, carriers are following Medicare in bundling these implant items. At our ASC we have separate "carve-out's" in our ASC contracts with some of our biggest insurance carriers that allow for payment on our implants. So when it's time to renew contracts with your carriers see if that's a possibility for you too. :)
