Our company has a coding company for some of our procedures and they are telling me to use L8699 for a Doyle Splint (goes in the nose after surgery) it comes out after a couple of weeks. Would A4570 be a better choice or shouldI still use the L8699.
I would use the L8699. This is for implanted splints while the A4570 splint you are refering to looks as though it is in the same classification of external splints (for a finger or something along those lines).
