Wiki In a tough spot coding E/M w/resolved dx?

I know we are not to code resolved conditions ...this e/m has no other dx codes ~ This doc does this all the time ...but supervisors are saying I can code it as a post EGD ~ The HPI says he came in post EGD and all ab pains have resolved . He mentions no findings on EGD . Does a V code exist for this ?

They want me to code it as an Aftercare code ( ??) first of all I cannot find anything that would refer to this type of visit ... Has anyone faced this and what do I do ? CAN this be coded ? if so ...how ...if not please provide me with some ammunition ... I am at a loss ...
