need help coding this scenario
dr sees a new pt in the office for cpt 25565 does pre and post xrays, cast is
placed ,arm was not placed right the procedure was too painful for patient with only a local inj. pt was sent to the hospital to repeat procedure 25565
under anesthesia. how should iI bill this?
