Do all insurances follow Medicare's in office procedure list? If so, where can I find this documenation? I recall in a webinar that the easiest way to see if the procedure is allowed in the office is within our encoder. If the Facility and Professional fees are the same, it can't be done in the office. If they are different as in the image below, then the procedure can be performed either in the hospital or in the office. Where can I find proof of this to show my doctors? TIA!
