Wiki In-office Transvaginal OB ultrasound

Can you bill for a transvaginal OB ultrasound that is performed in the office by the OB physician? No radiologist is involved. I am under the impression that this cannot be billed and I have a physician who is stating otherwise....please help. Thanks to all of you.

You can bill the global US, but your physician must document a report!
