Our MD and NP's do daily rounds at a free standing psychiatric hospital, they only treat the medical side not the psychiatric side. How do I bill for their daily rounds if they only do chart notes. Can I bill the daily rounds or just the Initial and the Discharge? I do out patient billing and coding so this is new to me and my company. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. :confused:
