When you say 'we', and since you mention OPPS, I'm assuming you mean how is the facility reimbursed? If so, inpatient facility claims are reimbursed according to the DRG - you would not report any of these codes on an inpatient claim. For an inpatient facility claim, any procedures performed during the stay would be coded with ICD-10-PCS codes, and those codes, along with the diagnoses, would figure into the determination of the DRG category for calculation of the final payment rate. CPT codes are not used at all for inpatient facility claim coding.
