Keep in mind that the type of acromion before treatment is never documented, such as Type 3 or Type 2.

If there is no documentation regarding what type it was before, I would say no. My physicians will typically say "converting the type II acromion to a Type1 acromion" or something similar. If he/she omits that important verbiage, I would ask that he/she amends the report to include it.
