Im trying to establish if my EMR is mapping there snomed term to the correct Icd 10 code. What is the correct coding for inactive tuberculosis? Is this the same as latent which brings me to code R76.11?

Yes, inactive TB is latent TB -- R76.11 if skin test positive, R76.12 for the blood test (QFT).
