Postoperative diagnosis: Umbilical hernia.

OP note: A periumbilical incision was made inferior to the umbilicus. incision was carried down to the level of the subcu tissue. a small hernia sac was identified just inferior to the umbilicus. the umbilicus was carefully dissected away from the hernia sac. the hernia sac was opened and found to contain small amount of fat which was incarcerated. this was easily freed up from the surrounding fascia and placed back into the abdominal cavity with good hemostasis present.

Is this incarcerated or reducible hernia?
I have been told that if the physician mentions in postop diagnosis as incarcerated then only it should be coded as incarcerated.
