Wiki Incident To Billing

If a patient comes in for Electrical Stimulation, 97032, and a nurse or PTA does the stimulation, can this be billed incident to providing the physician is in the office suite? Additional info; the physician saw the patient initially and the electrical stim is based off his dx.
