Hello, I am seeking to guidance on Incident to billing.....we are a behavioral health provider and have some providers that are only able to accept Medicaid. However, if we were to bill under incident to guidelines, would we be able to accept all insurances? I do understand that the incident to billing must be stated in our contracts, but is anyone out there billing like this?
