I have a PA seeing an established patient under the supervision of the physician, the PA is now ordering an MRI because the problem is worsening and this was not under an established plan, Does this get billed under the PA or the doctor?

This should be billed under the PA as it is a new plan of care ordered and implemented by the PA, and not incident to
