we have a physician assistant temporarily in our office, not contracted with the insurances, so we are billing under the physician's numbers. i know that that she cannot see new patients, only established patients with ongoing problems, no new problems, as we are billing 'incident to'. this is a difficult situation to explain to my supervisor. any ideas???
