a provider was doing L spine 2 -3 views for low back pain. during this he noted a 2 cm round irregular shaped nodule in lower lung. Based on incidental finding will do a cxr as well. How would I code this?
 
I would code the back pain first and then maybe 518.89 secopnd for the L spine and 518.89 or what ever findings on the chest x ray first.
