Can anyone help me in coding this?
Incision and drainage of abcess with debridement of soft tissue mass, right thigh, and harvesting of multiple cultures and tissue samples for biopsy.
We took 2 culturettes with approximately 0.5 cu cm of soft tissue material and also filled 2 trap bottles with the same material. These were to be distributed based on orders which were to include aerobic, anaerobic and fungal cultures as well as tissue bipsies.
