Good Morning!

New to Podiatry, need help with the below note:

Right plantar foot anesthetized with Carbocaine and an incision was made at the puncture site (he had stepped on a nail). Area probed with curette and splinter forceps, no visible foreign body noted. Wound flushed with betadine and steri strips, slivadene cream and a dry sterile dressing applied.

Dx: Cellulitis of foot, Puncture wound of right foot, and right foot pain

If your looking for the CPT it would be 10120 or 10121 if was complicated. Append a RT modifier as well and most will tell you to append a 52 modifier since no foreign body was found.
