Wiki Incision - no foreign body found

We had a patient come in to the ER concerned of a foreign body underneath the skin of her abdomen. The physician did an x-ray and there was something found on the xray, so he performed an incision. he was not able to locate the foreign body. How would you code this? Some are saying 10120. I was thinking 10120-52 since no foreign body was actually found. I am not able to find anything specific to this though.
