Incision of Rt ureteral orifice and stone extraction.

Hello the Dr. was to perform a ureteroscopy for ureteral stone removal.
But attempts to dislodge the stone with the graspers were unsuccessful due to the impaction of the stone.
Attempts to pass a stone basket around the stone was unsuccessful due to the impaction of the stone.

The resectoscope was the introduced into the bladder and using the ____ knife the ureteral orifice
was incised at the 12"oclock position and the
stone was dislodged an extracted.
Would anyone be able to help me with a CPT code for this.

I would suggest the following coding for your clinical scenario:

52320 for the cystoscopy and extraction of the stone
52290 for the incision of the stenotic ureteral meatus/orifice
