I need help with this. Pt came in for office visit, 99213. Had procedure done 57452, 56515 and 57065. Not sure what modifier to use. Multiple procedures. Would I use multiple modifier?

Please help
 
IF there is a seperately identifiable e/m visit --not just addressing the procedures performed use 25 on 99213. 57452 is inclusive in procedure 57065. Your codes would be:
56515
57065-51
99213-25
