I need help with this. Pt came in for office visit, 99213. Dx 078.11. The physician did these procedures 57452, 56515 and 57065. Not sure what modifier to use.

Please help

This is how i think that this should be coded:
57065
56515-51
You should not bill 57452, because this is a diagnostic procedure (colposcopy). You can't include a diagnostic into a sugery. You would add a modifier 25 to the office visit.
