Wiki Incomplete colonoscopy

The patient was scheduled and prepped for a full colonoscopy. The surgeon is unable to pass the scope due to poor prep. The new decision tree says if it doesn't reach the splenic flexure to code 45330. But, in this case the scope was only able to be advanced to the rectosigmoid. My dilemma is that cpt 45330 requires to reach the sigmoid. I was looking at the proctosigmoidoscopy cpt 45300. But, that is for a rigid scope. Would I just bill 45330-53?
