Need help... One of our ENT/Allergists performs 95004:
Percutaneous tests (scratch, puncture, prick) with allergenic extracts, immediate type reaction, including test interpretation and report, specify number of tests. We recently had a few patients with non-histamine responses and one with dermatographism. A reading and assessment is done, but it is not an actual reading of the test(s). Do we bill 95004 with modifier 52?
