The scope passed the splenic flexure but d/t poor prep it was aborted - the cecum wasn't visualized and pt. will be back for an additional screening in X month/weeks -

how to bill this for facility?
1st visit - g0102 - 74
2nd visit - g0102 again as this is a component of previous screening by nature with a PT modifier if any polyp is found?

- In case the f/u poor prep screening is done with barium enema d/t patient's comorbidity

Should I code this way
1st visit - g0102-74
2nd visit - g0120
