Is there a new code to bill for these one on one therapy visits, billing on ubo4. I have had a few denials for the 0914, 90806. I use bill type 133; rev code 0906; cpt 90806.

Services are performed while in op either php/iop/op programming.

Just need clarification of what is correct rev code and cpt code.

Any help is much appreciated

90801-90808 were replaced a few years ago. Individual therapy session codes are 90832 (30 min) 90834 (45 min) 90837 (60 min)

Based on the insurance, individual therapy at ASAM 1.0 may not be reimbursable as a facility charge. Some insurances require the sessions to be done by licensed therapists and billed professionally. However if billing on a UB04, bill type 133 and rev code 0914 are acceptable.
