If pregnancy is 20 weeks 0 days & greater then it's appropriate to bill delivery code. See attached ACOG weblink.

Can History of induced abortion be considered for coding current pregnancy as supervision of pregnancy with hx of poor obstetrics that is O09.29 series.

I would not unless the reason for the induced abortion was other than elective (ie, a history of a complication that lead to the abortion). This code was initially meant to convey things like a neonatal death or stillborn history, not induced abortion. Z87.59 can be reported instead if the provider is indicating this as part of her history (can be used to indicate a history of any code listed in the OB Chapter), but has not documented that this issue is of current concern.
