patient had infected partial knee- taken to OR and incision, drainage and debridement with poly exchange were done, I am thinking 27310? or do we code it as a revision?

I would code this as a revision, code description: 27486,52

Revision of the tibial liner is reported with CPT code 27486/27487 with modifier -52 appended to indicate the procedure was reduced.

27310 is a component of 27486, and would not be reported separately.
