I bill for pediatric cardiology and we do fetal echocardiograms on mothers who got pregnant by IVF. I wondering what ICD 9 code to report. Any ideas?

We use an ambulatory facility.

do you use for just rtvl's? and does he perform the transfers in exam room in-house?
does your facility bill ins and if so does the insurance co's pay the ASC or is it pt responsibility?
