I am in Texas...and was wondering if anyone was having any
issues with Medicaid and the Influenza
tests codes 87804
87804 (59) (76) (TC)

they paid for the first test but not the second i tried
all three modifiers ...
don't know what is going on
anyone???

If you are doing the rapid influenza A and rapid influenza B code:
87804 and 87804-59. They are different tests with the same code. Perhaps Texas Medicaid (like Colorado) just doesn't like the modifier...you could try 87804 x2.
