I need some advice. We started an infusion for a patient and she had a vein collapse after 3-4 minutes. We had to throw out a whole bottle of zoledronic acid. How would I bill for this?
Our clinics don't bill in this situation, we contact the drug company and have had no problems getting replacement drugs at no cost to us or the patient.
