Hello, my director is looking into my infusion clinic recurring accounts and isn’t sure whether we can bill an E/M and infusions in the same claim even if they’re different dates of service. An example would be if the patient came 3/8 for labs and to see the doctor and then came back on 3/15 to get an infusion. Is this allowed or would we have to bill them on separate claims? Also if you know the answer, do you have any links you can provide?
