Patient came in for Iron Infusion:

The following medications were given. What CPT codes would you use?
Feraheme- 14:40-14:45
Solumedrol- 14:18-14:38
Sodium- 14:12-15:23
 
Howdy! This appears to me to be 2 infusion pushes (assuming it was through IV) because they are less than 15 minute administration times. This claim to me would be coded as: 96374, 96375. Thw sodium Hydration is bundled and non billable unless specific guidelines are met, that for me typically aren't.
