I need help figuring the administration codes to use.
Leucovorin from 12:20 - 14:30 IVPB
5FU from 12:20 - 13:25 IVP

96368 for concurrent Leucovorin

Per CPT coding guidelines (CPT Assist) you don't get add'l hr for the concurrent infusion-only the 96368.
